All epoxy floor coating sales are final! No returns accepted on liquid epoxy products (No exceptions). If returns are authorized on Connecticut equipment products, a 10% restocking fee applies.

A non-refundable 4% card processing fee applies to Connecticut orders when using credit cards. Connecticut customers paying cash/check avoid the card processing fee.

Any returned Connecticut payment checks incur a non-refundable $40 processing fee.

Epoxy Depot CT Floor Supply Shipping Terms

Our shipping terms are F.O.B. shipping point. Transit damage responsibility belongs to the carrier for both visible and concealed damage to Connecticut epoxy floor supplies.

Epoxy Floor Product Inspection Requirements:

  • Inspect shipments immediately upon arrival

  • Ensure visible damage to epoxy supplies is noted on the freight bill

  • Open epoxy floor coating shipments immediately to check for concealed damage

  • For shipment damage, notify the delivering carrier immediately and request an inspection

  • Contact the carrier by phone and follow up with a written damage request

Epoxy Depot CT takes comprehensive precautions to ensure safe delivery, but our responsibility ends when epoxy floor supplies are transferred to the carrier.

Customers must file damage claims directly with the carrier as quickly as possible

DO NOT RETURN EPOXY FLOOR MERCHANDISE WITHOUT OUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION LABEL.

RETURNED EPOXY FLOOR SUPPLIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM CARRIERS UNLESS A RETURN LABEL HAS BEEN ISSUED BY EPOXY DEPOT CT.

EPOXY DEPOT CT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARTS OR SHIPPING CHARGES RELATED TO ORDERS WITHOUT A PHYSICAL INVOICE COPY.
